Network Node ManagerThe Network Node Manager (NNM) is a program that helps a network administrator view and manage the conditions in a computer network. NNM is part of the OpenView suite of enterprise system management applications from Hewlett-Packard (HP). Using the Network Node Manager, an administrator can view the network in an easy-to-see graphical format. NNM "discovers" the devices that are in the network and shows their relative location and their status. When a device fails, NNM can analyze events associated with the failure and help to recommend action. NNM also provides some predictive information that helps identify potential failures before they occur.
