About this Download:
This download creates a Microsoft Access database update that's similar to an anti-virus Live Update or Windows Update; it checks and updates an Access database only. The author uses the update to copy a master database, compress it and upload it to user-defined FTP location. Another copy of the program downloads from same FTP location, decompresses and goes into a master database. The tables and fields to copy from an Access 2000 database can be changed easily. Overall, the update has nice UI, stays in the tray as an icon and pops up for progress or errors at every user-defined interval. It can be set to silent to work at the background trasmitting without affecting the work screen. Programmers can review back FTP logs, upload and download status, and change FTP server and log-in details.
