Description: Infragistics has released several updates to its presentation layer components.

NetAdvantage for .NET 2007 Volume 3 adds enhancements for both client and Web apps. The ASP.NET toolset now includes PDF/XPS reporting capabilities and enhancements to its export as Excel capabilities. The WinForms tool introduces Navigation Bar and a ToolBar manager controls that mimic the look and feel of Windows Vista.

The company has also released preview versions of three technologies:

• XAML-based controls, within its NetAdvantage for WPF, which incorporate many features of the Microsoft Office 2007 interface;
• Aikido, a UI framework for NetAdvantage for ASP.NET, which includes controls for Ajax-enabled DataGrids, for image viewing and for dialog windows, and
• a Silverlight gauge suitable for business applications such as real-time information dashboards or process monitoring stations.
